Accuvision Laser Eye Clinic

Everyone on the team was absolutely wonderful and super friendly! It was massively appreciated that there was no pressure and they remember your face. I'd recommend these guys to anyone considering laser eye surgery, after visiting several other clinics these guys came across as the best and friendliest.

I had severe short sight (-8.50) Laser is the best thing ever , never thought it would be so easy. Procedure was over within minutes and no pain ! Team were so reassuring and put me at ease. I rested that day and the next day i could see and felt great. Just wish i had done it years ago.

As my great love is singing and belong to a choral society and a church choir, I was near to having to resign from both as the varifocals I was wearing were not precise enough to delineate the ledger lines, crochets and minims. Since my visit and subsequent treatment by Accuvision my whole prospect has changed to the point that my vocal timing has improved, I no longer need to try and focus on the music for those micro seconds and find the rest of the choir has moved on.

I had severe short sight (-8 and -10). Also have rosacea. Worn hard contact lenses for 30 years. Hated glasses and concerned that when I get older how will I manage contact lenses. My eyes were also getting tired in the evenings with lenses. Had LASIK monovision in October. Was told that I may not get full 20/20 vision and may need low prescription lenses still and healing would take about 6 months due to high prescription. I was driving 3 days later. Occasional mild bluriness and getting used to monovision has settled over the months and 4 months on I have 20/20 vision! The clinical team were faultless and came over as extremely confident, competent and reassuring telling me that they would not take any risks with my eyesight - a major worry when you have struggled with poor eyesight all your life. Aftercare fantastic. A wonderful Painless miracle. Love being able to fall asleep without having to get up to take lenses out and being able to see in the shower!

I cannot fault Accuvision, from start to finish my experience has been first class. Although I shopped around and had several consultation's I immediately felt comfortable with Accuvision from the moment I stepped through the door. Simon @ Leeds clinic, located in Wetherby, was honest and thorough and fully explained EVERYTHING I wanted to know. Daryus (founder & clinical director) of Accuvision was also at the clinic on the day of my appointment and he took the time to sit and talk with my husband and I which we greatly appreciated. He also introduced me to a patient who had previously had his eyes lasered so I could have another opinion. Excellent personal care and attention is provided by the whole team. Surgery was over in a blink of an eye - no pain, just a strange sensation when procedure was taking place. Clinical team - excellent. The deciding point for me was the fact that they DO NOT take risks with your eyes - they have a safer limit, than that offered by other competitors (that I enquired with) for the amount they are prepared to laser down to to provide your clearer vision. Thorough check ups, which I have attended since my surgery at end of March 2010, have proved that the surgery was worth every penny. The technology, experience, knowledge and dedication provided by Accuvision is second to none and I would highly recommend, without a shadow of a doubt, that anyone should seriously consider using Accuvision. My dad is having his surgery tomorrow.

I had my eyes done on 29th January 2010, I was worried about the surgery and very apprehensive at the time, all my questions were answered by the Accuvision team. They re-assured me and answered every question I asked. I have to say I'm 43 yrs old and I have to say I made the best decision I've ever made in my life by having laser eye surgery! I have only one regret........that i never did it years ago!!! I have been wearing glasses and contacts for 23 years. I have always put off LASIK due to the cost... I waited too long. Accuvision is money well spent. I have never been happier in my life. It's amazing the feeling of being able to wake up and see what time it is. Watch television without having to put on my glasses. Read things from far away. If you are considering LASIK.. Go get a free consultation. There was no pressure to commit to do anything. The staff was very professional. All i can say is thank you and i waited too long..

The results of the operations (I had 3 to curb the progress of keratoconus) exceeded any expectations with 1 eye vision improvement to 100 percent. Thank you Accuvision!

I had been considering eye laser surgery for more than 3 years but I felt insecure about the long term consequences of the procedure. After considering several offers I went for the Laser eye treatment with Accuvision. I have not regretted it. The customer service was excellent and my eyes have recovered their full vision.

To corss link or not to cross link..that is the question. Having read an article written in Engineering & Technology last in 2010 I was inspired to make contact with Accuvision. I would highly recommend the excellent team at New Kings Road Clinic who have been thorough, patient and entirely professional throughout the course of my treatment. Special thanks must be for Anthony who patiently took time to assess me and to explain what would happen; Clayton who kept my mind off what was going on; Joan and Vikash for their follow up care and patience in their assessment/fitting of a new contact lens fitting to maximise my function. All in all a splendid job guys! Work still in progress on my part to get my brain to switch to looking through the other eye, but bliss to have a comfortable lens.
