Went for a visit intending to have both eyes done. Advise given was excellent, and saved me money. I compaired the advice with two other national places and returend to have work carried our here. Both the time spent at the time of the tratment and after serviece have been excellent. My wife has a health problem wich could have affected here ablity to have the tratment carried out, the surgery would not advise the tratment until further checks were carried out,she has since had here eyes done,

I was recommend this clinic by my optition and said it would be everything it was, polite, helpful, kind, supportive, professional,and a friendly family business. I wasn't really that nervous about the surgery as the surgeon went through all the risks and the complications after treatment(which would only happen if you were dumb enough not to take care of them post-op. I got shown around the opperating theatre as well as a explanation of all the equipment that is used. I was talked through the whole time of surgery about what was happing next and how long for etc. which does put you at great ease. I didn't feel any pain during the treatment and if you are worried about not being able to blink, there is a ton of drops they need to put in your eyes so you never feel the need to blink, trust me! I got my eyesight back 7 hours later and it only felt like i had a grit in my eyes, so it is best not to attempt to see till at least this, the discomfort eased if your eyes had time to rest. The after care is as you would expect, you arn't there for long but they do thorough exams on your eyes. Overall it is fantastic, as times gone on the colour has also got a lot sharper. If it is the price that worries you, you can pay montly DD. If you are thinking of it, I would highly reccomend this treatment and clinic, because you carn't put a price on being able to see clearly again!!

I had laser treatment just over 12 months ago and can't believe how brilliant I feel never having to wear glasses. I was quite nervous before the treatment, but the staff and surgeon were very reassuring and I never felt a thing. 12 months on and I have 20-20 vision, I no longer have astigmatism and I would definately recomend this treatment to anyone as it is the I've done.

Mr Heaven was excellent - The clinic staff were brilliant.The treatment was painless and the results were instantaneous. Absolutely Fantastic! It is amazing being able to see when you first wake up and not have to worry about where your glasses are, or having that stinging sensation when you put your contact lenses in. The whole service provided was extremely professional. I have been impressed by the aftercare provided as well. It was by far the best Christmas present I could have given myself. After years and years of considering the surgery my only regret is that I have not had it done sooner! I would recommend the treatment to anyone! Many thanks to all at the clinic!

The whole preocess was made very simple. My first contact with visualase was a general enquiry, the Clinic Manager, Hilary Smith made me feel totally at ease. All the staff are professional and very friendly. The procedure was fully explained and all my questions answered (in a non-jargon way). The aftercare provided is wonderful.
