I cannot rate Centre for Sight any higher (literally!) From the day of my consultation, which had a wide variety of tests and meeting Mr Giledi who then personally assessed my eyes and immediately recommended Wavefront Aspheric for them. (My prescription was -7.5 in both eyes with astigmatism) 24 hours after the treatment day, I am able to see clearly for the first time ever with no pain at all! I was really nervous before the treatment but the nurses and Mr Giledi talked throughout the procedure and said I was doing well and what exactly was happening which really helped. I have already suggested Centre for Sight to anyone considering laser eye as they are extremely professional and can't wait to see what my sight is like in my follow up consultation! As I didn't want to rush into surgery I also consulted Ultralase in Guildford they were ok but I never met the actual surgeon and personally felt they didn't do half as many eye tests as CFS and didn't have a huge amount of bedside manner... things got worse when I came to cancel the procedure (purely as I preferred Centre for Sight) told them I wanted somewhere closer to home and they straightaway offered me a £900 discount, erm no. Don't forget I hadn't met the surgeon yet how can they assess what procedure I would need? For me it's not about money anyway it is my eyes! This is definately the best decision I have ever made! :)
