The 'Experience' for me was exceptionally positive. The care, attention, warmth, explanations. courtesy and outcome (so far!) have been fabulous. One area of 'opportunity' would be to explain to the accompanying partner (on day of surgery) the associated time lines of waiting for the procedure to be completed so they are not worried when in the waiting room and are able to thus manage their expectations. It might have been a 'one off' but unfortunately on my day of surgery when I was taken through to be operated on my brother was left not having any explanation of the procedural events. So after a while he asked the reception team. It's only a small thing but would have made a more comfortable experience for him as he was worried about me! I thought the surgery centre was warm, very clean, welcoming and made me feel very at ease. Thanks to Mr. Daya and all of the team for their care, support and incredible 'magic' and skill to have a life changing effect on me. Totally awesome!
