Accuvision Laser Eye Clinic

I had 'Trans-Epithelial Surface Laser' with monovision. I had thin corneas and so a surface procedure was safer than LASIK. Accuvision provide a very friendly, patients first service. I have a superb result with 20/20 in the distance and able to read tiny print close up and this is now a couple of years later. I am very happy with my decision to correct my vision and am glad I chose Accuvision. Thanks.

I originally visited Accuvision to have a consultation for Laser Eye Surgery. After my consultation I discovered that I had a condition I had never heard of before called Kerataconus. I was helpfully informed of all the options, what the condition was, how it develops. The team were very patient and showed me scans and pictures, and their previous results showing that they could halt the progress only inspired confidence in me, especially as my vision staying as it was, would mean me being unable to do my job. I opted to go ahead with the recommended C3R Riboflavin Collagen Cross Linking treatment combined with Topography Guided Laser. I cannot recommend the procedure enough, there is pain for the first 24 hours, but it is well worth it for the long term end result. The surgery was performed with utmost care. I was prepared in details about every aspect beforehand and the level of care was exemplary. The after-care has also been brilliant. I was lucky, I managed to catch my eyes while the Keratoconus condition had not developed too far, and this meant that my worst eye would still need vision correction but the quality of vision that has been achieved has far exceeded my expectation, and the less developed eye already has remarkably good vision only 2 weeks after surgery. I honestly can not find any faults with the way I have been treated by the fantastic committed people at Accuvision, and I hope this goes a little way to thanking them for the outstanding task they perform in giving people the gift of good vision.

I researched ALL the company's offering surgey in London. Accuvision stood out a mile from the rest in terms of professionalism, medical innovation in techniques. They were able to answer all of my questions with expertese and i never came into contact with a sales person. I would recomend them to anyone. Two months on and I now have better than 20/20 vision and they still expect it to improve a little more as my eyes continue to settle. Its amazing not to have to reach for my glasses to drive and use my laptop, it has made my life soooo much easier. I was surprised how the surgery was COMPLETELY PAIN FREE and it was just like watching a kaeladescope light show for a couple of minutes. I had a couple of days of pain/ discomfort due to the type of surgey i had done but was worth it as this in my case was going to give me the best possible vision. -Do it!!!! :D

I had my laser surgery Lasik wavefront last thursday 6th march and cannot say a bad word about the whole process i was so worried being twenty one but i could have the treatment so was so happy. It is so great to wake up and not be searching for my glasses. I would recommend accuvision to anyone the staff were fantastic and the surgery went really well they made me feel so comfortable and not scared at all. My eyes were 7.5 with astigmatism and 7.00 and i can now see really well making my way to 20/20. A* treatment Fantastic. Thank you so much to everyone at Solihull Accuvision. Great Value for money compared to other companies and there was no pressure in my decision which was fantastic. And to anyone thats scared i know it seems scary but it isnt as bad as you think its going to be when having the laser treatment.

I attended surgery on Friday 6th March having been referred to Accuvision by one of my colleagues who had undergone treatment 5 years ago. He had been impressed by their professionalism and commitment to patient care. They did not disappoint! From start to finish, the whole experience has been absolutely first class, whether its been booking appointments or the attention to detail whilst going through the initial consultation and the surgery itself, accuvision are totally about the patient and making sure that you are at the centre of their efforts. i cant speak highly enough about them or the results of the operation. Yes I wish I had done it sooner, yes it is as awesome as they suggest and yes, accuvision do it better than anyone else!

I had the surgery 2 weeks ago and have to say the results have been brilliant. The surgery itself was quick and painless. Its just like getting a light show for 5 minutes. I noticed better results immediately after the surgery. The only issue I had was a slight dryness of the eyes initially which was totally to be expected and now I hardly have to put the drops in at all. The team were magnificent in allaying any fears. The fact that they made everything seem 'normal' put you quite at ease. Its obvious they know what they are doing. I highly recommend them. You won't experience any pain during the surgery. And you will start to see results immediately after the surgery. Thanks Accuvision!!

I had my surgery only 2 days ago and already I am over the moon with the results and am already recommending Accuvision to my friends! From the free consultation to the after care appointment, I have been extremely well looked after and at every stage have felt comfortable and not rushed to make a decision at all. It looks like I am now on track for obtaining 20:20 vision and I will hopefully never have to wear contacts or glasses for short sighted vision again! Thank you so much Accuvision. Not being one to rush into things, I've left it a while before posting this feedback. I visited two providers in January 2008. One (well known and heavily advertised) did not impress me and seemed to be concerned with the hard sell. Accuvision did impress me, but the cutting of the flap bit of Lasik put me off (I have been a Moorfields patient for many years but had never had any invasive treatment). Finally, six months later I returned, and had the treatment. This was after taking advice from various sources and speaking with Accuvision staff, all of whom were, are, excellent. The treatment was quick and entirely painless. Indeed, it was fascinating. All over in what seemed like 10 minutes. Minus 6 plus astigmatism cured. I see very well without correction but need readers (to be expected when you are my age). This is absolutely no inconvenience. I had worn specs or contact lenses since I was 13. The liberation is fantastic. I can swim and see where I am going, and easily wear sunglasses without complicated prescriptions. It has made an incredible difference to my life and self image, something people with similarly high prescriptions will understand, I'm sure. I was helped by reading feedback on this page, and hope this helps others. The treatment was quick and, for me, entirely pain free. Accuvision impressed me hugely. And I am equally appreciative of all those back room people who developed and refined lasers for medical treatment.
