I had my eyes corrected 18 months ago (May 2008) with AccuVision & found their service FANTASTIC! I went to 3 clinics (Optical Express & Ultralase). OE did not inspire any confidence & UL were very good but wanted £4000! AccuVision charged me £1700 (I had astigmatism in both eyes & was short sighted too). I'd heard very good things about AccuVision from a work colleague so went for the free initial consultation. The staff were really nice & explained everything (the benefits as well as the inevitable slight risks) and left me to decide what I wanted to do. There was no hard sell whatsoever. I decided to go ahead & the procedure was exactly as they described. No pain - it felt 'intense' - like going to the dentist & sitting in the seat very still while they did their stuff. The results straight afterwards were great - over the next couple of days my sight got better & better (I was safe to drive the next day). I went back after 12 months for the final checks - I now have better that 20/20 vision!!!

They are so good I've just taken my wife there to get her eyes corrected (she's having problems reading now)!
